SECTION 16: POLICY REVIEW & AMENDMENTS
I. Policy Review Process
1. Annual Review:
◦ Policies will be reviewed annually to ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and veterinary practice standards.
◦ Amendments may be introduced based on new regulations, operational needs, or industry developments.
2. Employee Consultation & Feedback:
◦ AVCI encourages employees to provide feedback on existing policies and suggest improvements to enhance workplace efficiency and professional growth.
3. Approval Process:
◦ Any amendments or modifications will be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors before implementation.
◦ Changes will be communicated in writing and incorporated into the AVCI Manual of Company Policies.
II. Compliance & Enforcement
1. Obligation to Comply:
◦ Employees are expected to familiarize themselves with the policies and comply with all regulations set forth in this manual.
◦ Non-compliance with updated policies will be subject to appropriate disciplinary measures, including possible termination.
2. Legal Protection & Fair Implementation:
◦ AVCI ensures that all policies align with Philippine labor laws and provide fair and just treatment of all employees.
◦ Disciplinary actions for non-compliance will be handled through due process, in accordance with the Labor Code.
